Popular National Parks to Visit Using Fort Lauderdale RV Rentals

The state of Florida might be famous for its beaches, but if you’re looking for something a little different on your next getaway, a recreational vehicle can help you enjoy some places outside of your backyard. National Parks are perfect venues to see some of the nation’s most wondrous sites and experience the beauty and majesty of nature. When you book Fort Lauderdale RV rentals, you can enjoy several days or even weeks on the road at nearby or far-away national parks.

The Everglades

Perhaps the best place to start after finding your vehicle is right at the south end of Florida in the Everglades. This sprawling area covers 2,400 square miles and has a couple of great camping spots. There’s so much to see and do here, whether you’re looking for recreation such as kayaking, or whether you want to see some up-close wildlife.

Yellowstone

The country’s first national park is quite a ways away from Florida, but after booking RV rentals in Fort Lauderdale, the trip will be well worth it. Yellowstone is home to the world’s largest concentration of geothermal activity. You’ll love the geysers and hot pool, not to mention the awe-inspiring scenery of mountains and canyons. At Yellowstone, there are also hundreds of miles of road where you can put your RV to good use.

Grand Canyon

Located in Arizona, Grand Canyon is one of the nation’s most famous and recognizable national parks. The views and scenery will mesmerize you as you drive and hike along the rim of this impressive canyon. When looking for Fort Lauderdale RV rentals, choose a motorhome or trailer that will help you to enjoy your stay at one of the park’s campgrounds.

Embrace the Open Road with an RV Rental in Fort Lauderdale

The summer road trip is making a big comeback in recent years, and RV-ing is one of the most comfortable and convenient ways to travel. When you’re ready to hit the open road, Camp USA Motorhome Rentals has the following options available if you’re looking for an RV rental in Fort Lauderdale.

Class C Units
Many Class C units include a distinctive over-the-cab area, used for a sleeping area or storage space. While the body section, which contains the living area, is wider than the cab, Class C units are built on an automotive van chassis, which makes them easy to drive. Don’t assume that a Class C unit is cramped; many have slide-outs that can make the living area more spacious when the vehicle is parked. These units are great if you are traveling with kids!

Class A Gas Units
As you consider an RV Rental in Fort Lauderdale, know that the main difference between a Class A unit and a Class C unit is the chassis. Class A units are built on a larger chassis specifically designed to look more like a bus. Class A units typically have more living space and storage than a Class C. Class A units come with slide-outs, as well to increase the amount of living area. These units will have more amenities and seem more like a “home on wheels.”

Class A Luxury Diesel Units
These are similar in design, size, and amenities to the Class A gas units. However, the difference between them goes beyond the type of fuel used. Diesel units have the engine in the back rather than the front, which makes the cab quieter. These are also on a truck chassis and have air suspension, which makes the ride very comfortable. Luxury diesel units also have many of he upgrades the C and A class gas units do not have.

Camp USA has options if you’re seeking an RV rental in Fort Lauderdale to fit your needs and budget regardless of whether you’re planning a weekend trip or a cross-country tour. Contact us today toll-free at (800) 971-8840 or fill out the online contact form and we will reach out to you.

Why Fort Lauderdale Summer RV Rentals are Perfect for Your Next Vacation

When you’re behind the wheel of a recreational vehicle, you can discover more of what this great country has to offer while embracing the sense of community that RV drivers share with one another. Without the high price tag of hotels weighing you down, you’ll have more money to keep in savings, or to pay off other expenses, or even put towards an extra vacation each year.  Fort Lauderdale summer RV rentals are the perfect mode of transportation for a cross country road trip.

Take the Scenic Route
For anyone who’s ever wanted to explore the road less traveled, an RV is a wonderful way to go. Drive into rural or sparsely populated areas without the worry of finding somewhere to stay once you get there.

Discover the Community
RV parks and campgrounds are wonderful places to meet fellow drivers and share your experiences on the road. Travelers are more apt to open their doors than they are in a typical hotel.

Spend Less
Once you’ve got the keys to your RV, the bulk of your accommodations are already paid for. In the southeast, you’ll spend on average $32.00 per night to park in an overnight RV park or public camping ground. For Fort Lauderdale summer RV rentals, that could mean spending over 100% less than you would at most hotels in the state of Florida.

Be with Family
The close quarters of RVs can create a sense of togetherness that you might be missing in your everyday life. Whether you’re taking a trip with your whole family or just your spouse, take the opportunity to unplug from the daily distractions of technology and enjoy the open road with your loved ones.

A vacation spent in a recreational vehicle is one never to be forgotten. Take lengthy journeys in style and comfort by using an RV on your next summer road trip. For Fort Lauderdale summer RV rentals, call Camp USA toll-free at (800) 971-8840. You can also fill out the online contact form.
